The Business Year and Kuwait Banking Association pen MoU

Kuwait City, June 2022—Alongside the recent launch of research for The Business Year’s latest publication on the local economy, The Business Year: Kuwait 2023, The Business Year and the Kuwait Banking Association (KBA) have signed an MoU to support project’s ambitions. As the biggest banking union in Kuwait, KBA will be of valuable assistance in The Business Year’s research, and its know-how will also help to shape an upcoming launch event.

KBA consists of 22 members, including the National Bank of Kuwait, the Commercial Bank of Kuwait, Gulf Bank, Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait, Ahli United Bank, Kuwait International Bank, the Industrial Bank of Kuwait, Burgan Bank, Kuwait Finance House, Boubyan Bank, and Warba Bank.

The Business Year is a leading provider of economic intelligence and publisher of annual trade and investment resources. The Business Year: Kuwait 2023 will be the most comprehensive English-language publication on the Kuwaiti economy to date, reaching over 2.5 million business leaders, political figures, global investors, and decision makers around the globe.

The launch event for the research will take place in the first quarter of 2023 and mark the release of The Business Year’s sixth annual publication on the Kuwaiti economy. Under the patronage of KDIPA and alongside organizations such as German Business Council Kuwait and KBA, The Business Year aims to deliver an all-encompassing report on the state of the economy and the challenges and opportunities ahead.
