TBY renews partnership with KAZNEX INVEST

Kazakhstan, February 13, 2015—International publisher of economic annual The Business Year (TBY) has renewed a strategic partnership agreement with KAZNEX INVEST, the national development institute that assists Kazakhstani enterprises to develop and promote local export and to attract foreign direct investment into the priority sectors of the national economy.

The MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) was signed in Astana between Borisbiy Zhangurazov, Chairman of KAZNEX INVEST, and TBY Country Manager for Kazakhstan Katya Koryakovtseva.

The agreement underlines the importance of The Business Year: Kazakhstan 2015 as a tool to promote and attract investment to the country. The publication will include insights from leading political and business figures to provide accurate information, objective analysis, and strategic advice on the main economic trends in Kazakhstan. KAZNEX INVEST will support TBY in data collection, research, and sector analysis.

This fruitful collaboration reconfirms the London-based international publication, The Business Year, as the most comprehensive review on Kazakhstan’s economy. The edition will reach over 87,000 readers worldwide in addition to highly circulated digital versions available via iPad, iPhone, and Android applications. Following the success of the Russian-language edition of The Business Year: Kazakhstan 2014, the publication will be available both in the English and Russian languages.

Katya Koryakovtseva emphasized the degree of interest that the Kazakhstani economy is garnering within the global investor community; “We are seeing a growing demand from our high-level readers for information on Kazakhstan.
