Paul Soucy

What kind of companies decide to settle in your co-working spaces?

The co-working center is a place where people love to work. Our first commitment to our clients is to have them in a space where they can enjoy tranquility, excellent technical support, and services. We emphasize quality events, networking, and personalized services. The events are divided into technical and professional events where we invite speakers that share their experience in banking and real estate with co-workers, as well as personal development themes. We also promote networking, which fosters productivity, collaboration, creativity, and culture in our workspaces.

What are your expansion plans?

We are focusing on co-working spaces in real estate. We have built a co-working center in Panama, which is our flagship and has been successful. We are opening two sites in 2018. We hope to have the first one opened by the end of August 2018 and have plans to go to Costa Rica as well. We have checked sites in Guatemala as well as Lima, Peru. We have also identified some opportunities namely Europe, in Barcelona and Madrid.
