How are your projects in Abuja and Lagos evolving?

The last project was the Niger Delta Power Holding Company (NDPHC) building. As project managers, we put a team together and then managed the project until completion. In this particular project, we developed 360,000sqft of office space on eight floors, which was huge for us. Prior to this, we built a residential development in Abuja that included around 180 residences. In Lagos, we secured the PPP redevelopment of the Royal Market on Lagos Island. This is being done in partnership with the Lagos government. We are more oriented toward private-sector development. However, we have worked for government organizations before. On the professional side, we are a consultancy firm and provide valuation services for many banks. We consult for banks and are currently handling the sale of Skye Bank's assets all over the country. We also consult for First Bank, FCMB, AMCON, and others. Though valuation is generally our core business, we are developing a strong presence in development consultancy. In fact, development consultancy now represents the majority of our revenue.
