THE BUSINESS YEAR PARTNERS WITH PWC MEXICO

Mexico, August 7, 2011—Leading international business and consultancy company The Business Year (TBY) and PwC Mexico entered into partnership to produce The Business Year: Mexico 2012. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed in Mexico City by Mr. Javier Soní, Director of PwC Mexico, and Ms. Anna Raymi, Country Manager of TBY in Mexico.

According to the partnership, PwC Mexico will provide TBY team with authoritative information about Mexico's company laws, registration formalities, compliance and audit obligations, corporate tax law, tax documentation and retention policy, and the customs code. The Executive Guide of the publication The Business Year: Mexico 2012 represents an important tool for investors who want to know about the investment climate in the country and to have authentic information about the legal and tax frameworks currently in place.

The TBY team will conduct more than 200 face-to-face interviews with the top decision makers in Mexico to understand and accurately reflect the business environment in the country.

The research will be published under the title The Business Year: Mexico 2012 and will be the most comprehensive review of the Mexican economy published internationally. The target readership of the publication is top executives, policymakers, and media representatives all around the world.

The publication is to be released in the first quarter of 2012 and distributed to more than 80,000 subscribers worldwide.
