BIOGRAPHY
A Mexican citizen by birth, Saul Nuñez built his career in the hospitality and tourism business. For the past 12 years, he has held various leadership positions within the hospitality business. Before joining AMResorts, he worked for world-renowned brands, including Copacabana and Catalonia Resorts.

What differentiates Zoëtry's new infrastructure projects from past ones?

As a boutique, all-inclusive resort with only 49 suites, Zoëtry Montego Bay offers top-notch, personalized service that guests won't find anywhere else in Montego Bay. Each suite is attended by a butler dedicated to the guest's every need, and we offer complimentary Club Mo-bay services so that guests can feel like a VIP from the moment that they land. Our resort is divided into three buildings: wood and water, bamboo, and the blue mountains. This design is a nod to the ecological tapestry of Jamaica and allows guests to embark on a serene experience and explore the natural elements surrounding the property, immersing body and soul in the quintessential of Jamaican culture.

What is your strategy to maximize visitors' experience?

The first thing we do is ensure we do continuous training of our human resources in order to differentiate our product from that of our competitors. We pride ourselves on our personalized service; in order for our employees to deliver this, they have to be well trained in how to solicit the right information to give the guests the ultimate personalized vacation experience.

What are your goals for 2019?

To continue developing the brand and product in Jamaica. Our product is unique, and we always aim to be innovative as times change. Our ultimate achievement is to position our hotel at the top of the market.
